Definitely possible, I don't see a single BO5 compeititor that is consistent enough to reach Novak in the semis/finals of the majors ala Rafa and Roger from the "next gen". V weak era, but it is what it is.
Players get motivation from different things, I'm sure beating Novak in the final would be more rewarding for Berrettini, regardless of how improbable it may be.
Also the lack of free points off the first serve, not sure if he's taking precautionary measures due to the surgeries but the serve isn't as potent as even 2019 so far in his comeback.
Really disagree on this, at least for the 2017 matches, when Roger is on against Rafa now, he literally takes the racquet out of his hands and that's mainly because he started taking the ball even earlier than he did before and his ROS against Rafa.
I've watched a good amount of Novak this Wimby and he's hardly had to step out of 1st gear to win, his opponents have wilted at the first sign of pressure. Guess that's to be expected given the draw.
Against Fed, it seems like the crowd being against him makes him go up a notch or two in level, particularly when the match seems to be turning against him, something that he perhaps would not have if it was vice-versa.
