i had the same experience with used yonex vcore. Discovered the previous owner removed original grip and put 2 or 3 overgrgips. I restored racquet with factory grip and everything is great up to 1g.

Hit for 2h with my new VCT. Strung weight with overgrip and dampener 11.9 oz. My regular VC 98 is 11.7 oz. Strung with Solinco tour bite SOFT at 44 and wasn't impressed so far. Feel boardy. May be needs some time to settle strings sp will play tomorrow again.

I played a lot with both VCP 100 and VC98. Very little difference between them to me.

Currently playing with regular VC 98 and decided to try VCT. I use Volkl V-pro or V-torgue 17/18 in my VC98 at 42-44#. Will the same setup work on VCT?

What is your level? VC98 is pretty arm/elbow friendly racquet and its not easy to get TE hitting with it.

you can get elbow pain just by hitting ball late. Even with nat gut

Took lighter racquet handle apart and discovered there is no grip installed! I bought it 'demo' condition but apparently somebody removed the grip and used two overgrips. Installed Yonex grip plus overgrip and now its 11.4 oz. perfect match with another one and Yonex has great QC.

is serial number the top numbers or second raw ending with US ?

I use two Yonex 100 Vcore pro 2021. Same grip size (1/8), same grip/overgrip, same strings, dampener. One is 11.15 oz and second is 11.45oz The spec is 11.2 so my second 17% out of spec. Thought Yonex is better than that....

Need better arch support and don't like any insoles. Any recommendation for shoes with higher than average arch support? Regular width, don't care about durability, brand or weight. Would be nice to have arch support as a filter in the shoe selection on TW but its not there. Almost all shoes...
