I can't say I am thrilled with the farewell....Before he even started match I thought it was wrong idea to play him in singles....Overall I suppose it doesn't matter....

So I believe Davis Cup is 2 singles and then double if necessary....Does that mean if a country won the first 2 singles matches they simply don't play the doubles match?? So if Rafa was picked for doubles and Spain won first 2 singles matches then Rafa wouldn't play at all? Not too familiar...

I don't know much about Davis Cup....Spain are playing on the 19th....So is that the first day we are likely to see Rafa play?

I think it is more to do with rest....I doubt someone like him thinks about stuff like that - too much of a winning mentality.....Last December/November I believe cost him big time in 2024.....You need proper rest at his age......

I am torn on Sinner…Before his news so to speak, I was 100% behind him/keen on him to win slams. Really like the way he conducted himself in interviews, etc. Now I am not so sure - just don’t feel the same way. Maybe that will change over time - not sure.

I think that is a fair enough point - don’t think we have seen anything from Nole towards Rafa….Can‘t think of anything…. Rafa and his family have similar feelings like myself towards - they just can’t get past some of his behaviour/some of the things he has done (too many to name)….However...

Yes the past indeed and that past not being that long ago - only 8/9 months ago he was best player in the world and I believe with a proper break he can still do it…. However I could of course be wrong…It ain’t like it was 3 years he was the best - only 8/9 months ago…. Let’s wait and see!

Jeez…..Not sure about that…He takes anyone outside Alcaraz and Sinner handily if he is fresh…He got schedule a bit wrong this year…My sense is he will really focus on being fresh for AO 25 and make sure he has long break at end of season….

When they say 2 samples does that mean on 2 separate occasions he tested positive is it?? How would that be if the steroid was so low? Does it no go out of the system, no?
