If you're in the US, I don't think there will be a shortage of GR9s through the lifecycle of the GRXs. They are still selling GR8s in all sizes on the Asics US website.

He didn't explicitly say it, but I put it together b/c he flashes the weight, and I assume the baseline is FDZ's shoe size, so the exact difference may vary. It is 40g per one shoe. FDZ's measurements are for each individual shoe, and they were 479g for GRX and 434g for GR9.

Ya, I noticed the ones they re-released are all pretty heavy. I got ahold of 2 from each of TW and 2 other retailers and all fell between 298-305 swing weight without the placard. Will probably end up just buying the Speed MP Legend like I originally intended to do.
