Thanks! I think I’ll string with Alu Power, since that’s the string I’ve been using lately, mostly in order keep the string variable constant and focus my evaluation on the frame itself.

Can we use another type of string other than the 4G or the NXT that came with the racquet?

Also have the same setup in another identical frame except for Polytour Strike crosses. Gut is notched a bit but Polytour Strike doesn’t want to snap back, string bed feels very boardy.

I have Bab Tonic gut mains and Confidential crosses in Vcore Pro 97. Notched the mains almost half way through but for some reason Confidential still seems to snap back when I pull them by hand to check!

Agree, you would think the organizers would have checked that out before going with that color. Was looking forward to some late season viewing from some of the best players but just can’t watch it, even on a pretty big screen!
