Shipping USPS to Canada if requested.

Express Mail is actually USPS Express Mail. 3-5 days to get here so chances are nice enough so that you won't pay duties :)

    Shipping Wise 2086 to Canada

So I have to call to make the change or it can be arranged beforehand online. I'll add some more stuff to it too. I really have no idea what UPS charges in duties so I only stick with USPS.

Tying off in a Tight Corner

You better learn ATW patterns and know where to tie off knots. Just clamp and unclamp a residual string and see if there aren't deep teeth marks. If your machine is old then you have to constantly check if it's clamping right. You just have to feel if it's clamping the same way because it...

Is the Silent Partner CRUMP for me?

After people showed up the last 2 months with all sorts of racquets, my SP SWING can't keep up(it WAS for personal use... until they knew I had a machine)! I'm guessing i'll have to restring over 500 frames in the next 5 years. I was wondering if the CRUMP will last long enough or its base...

Don't you guys find Barricade V to be very heavy?

most don't notice running effectively requires technique whether it's with heavy shoes or not! i've seen too many using solely leg power to run... that'll make the weight of the shoes so much more pronounced. your hips has muscles too! that's the same level of technique as arming and wristing...

Why is the one handed backhand so uncommon?

the guys i see using 1hbh, on the public courts, just lack the power and consistency. it's a questions of technique. the vast majority of people are just joe schmoes who spend a few hours on the court every year so it's even more uncommon to see good newbie servers.

Not directly. Only after the first delivery attempt. Then call customer service immediately to transfer that package to a pickup location or, better yet, ask them to deliver directly to your work.

Say i'm 18-19 years old never being a junior, how do i play pro tennis?

Even if you turn out to be a genius and play at pro level, there will be insane obstacles like... other pros! The competitive level requires to be constantly improving or you'll be lagging behind if you just maintain whatever you have. Next, the mental side. You have to play at your very...

    Stringing Help

It depends how serously you play. If it's casual, then do simple tests to see if it's slipping. If it is, buy new clamps. Competitively, upgrade!

Gamma X-2 VS. Silent Partner Swing.

Imagine someone who just needs to string once or twice a month. The first time they won't get it right and have to wait 2-4 weeks before the next restring. 200 times will take them a decade. Shops don't usually have awls to sell so shipping for a cheap item takes at least 2 weeks. Just...

Gamma X-2 VS. Silent Partner Swing.

Starting clamp is useful depending on technique and personal preference. I like it when my string is a bit too short and to start a hybrid from the crosses. Extra awl is only $4. How do you get the string through a blocked grommet? Cut the end and push through? Don't you block the grommet...

Gamma X-2 VS. Silent Partner Swing.

The Swing is now available! I would like to see it as an outside 6 point mounting system instead. I have 6 different frames and it's a real pain to adjust correctly for each. 1hr to string includes taking it out of the bag to cutting down the last knot. You'll also need a starting clamp...

    SP Swing is back!

I don't know why they didn't make a crank version so I could upgrade to the 2086 after I break it. The 2086's company quoted the shipping price to the US, Europe, and Australia except for Canada! They said to give them my credit card # and then they'll quote a shipping price... no thanks! I...

I've never strung rackets before: Advice needed for a new stringing machine.

You need string savers or use more durable strings. Also the machine weighs quite a bit and it will certainly take you 1h30+ to string with a drop-weight when you're still a newbie. A low end electric machine isn't suitable for you. If you have 3 frames then you won't need to carry it...

Gamma X-2 VS. Silent Partner Swing.

The Swing is discontinued. After stringing over 30 times in two summers, I have to buy a decent machine. My biggest issues were slow stringing times(1 hour!), floating clamps leave teeth marks and it's more difficult to start and finish. A drop-weight is only good as backup or to learn...
