    Yonex Poly Tour Rev

Rev Orange mains Alu Power crosses 21.5/20.5kg in my Pure Aero 2016. it’s an outstanding combo. Rev gives the stiff racket like PA2016 a very pleasant muted, dampened feel while providing exceptional control, good spin and ball pocketing. Tried RPM Blast Orange before that and Rev Orange is...

yonex polytour rev white garbage string?

I tried Rev Orange mains Alu Power crosses 21.5/20.5kg in my Pure Aero 2016 and it’s an outstanding combo. Rev gives the stiff racket like PA a very pleasant muted, dampened feel while providing exceptional control and good spin.

2023 pure aero string for wrist pain

Damn. That low. I need to try it too as i am currently suffering with some wrist, elbow and shoulder pain. PA2016 is very raw and stiff.

2023 pure aero string for wrist pain

Do you have issue with control? I play with PA2016 and it’s a power and spin beast due to its super open string bed. I have hard times to control it with Alu Power 1.25 25kg even. Agree on longevity of Lux strings. After 3h Alu is almost shredded with huge dents in the middle where i hit the...

String combo for Pure Aero 2016

Heard lots of great things about Black Fire and one of my hitting partners used it in his Blade 98 16x19. I will definitely try it. PA2016 eats strings like crazy, so it will be easy to try lots of different strings:)

String combo for Pure Aero 2016

I’ve wanted to try it for a long time as it’s a go to string of Chris from TW. But i never ended up buying it.

String combo for Pure Aero 2016

After some consideration, i ended up buying RPM Blast Orange 1.25. Lets see how it really compares to the black one. Some people i trust on this forum recommended this string on other threads before. But please keep sending your suggestions as i am planning to experiment with different strings...

String combo for Pure Aero 2016

For me it felt plasticky for couple of first hours. After that it was great in Yonex Percept 100D.

String combo for Pure Aero 2016

From what i can see it has good data, good reviews, good price behind it. I used to play with PT Rev and it was great. I read that this one is more spinny compared to REV. Should be interesting.

String combo for Pure Aero 2016

Hi guys, After looooong demo period (30+ different rackets) i decided that it's enough and settled down on the 1st iteration (2016) Babolat Pure Aero. My go to string has always been Alu Power 1.25 but i noticed that its magic is gone when you use it in PA. I believe it feels the best in...

    Wilson Blade V9 2024

Amazing racket. One of the best rackets i have ever tried! But i decided to take another path and I bought Pure Aero 2017:) we play on clay here in Germany and it’s all about spin on this surface. I decided to optimize my game for the spin as i noticed that flatter hitters dont cause me that...

    Wilson Blade V9 2024

The test is finished and all i must say is… i am IMPRESSED! What Wilson did with this racket to make it SO stable is just impressive! No, the racket did not help me to win against my partner but it’s on me, my skills, my stamina etc rather than any racket. My partner is a MUCH better player than...

Head 360+Extreme Tour vs. Current Head Extreme Pro

Yes, Alu Power 1.25. Mine is 358g strung with OG and dampener. Super easy to use but still hefty for me coming back to tennis after back injury.

Head 360+Extreme Tour vs. Current Head Extreme Pro

Yes. Got lucky with SW. Never found i lacked punch or stability. I guess due to the static weight or just magical layup.

Head 360+Extreme Tour vs. Current Head Extreme Pro

https://youtube.com/@seanplaystenis?feature=shared The guy is a pro player and switched to Extreme Pro from his RF97A to gain more easy power and spin. I owned both - RF97A and PSv14 and PS97v14 is no where near RF97A in terms of power, even with higher swingweight (mine was 335 for PS97 vs 325...

    Wilson Blade V9 2024

My second session with the racket. It reminds me more and more of PS97 v14. A bit more powerful and a bit more forgiving but still a very demanding frame but with unique sensation all PS fans recognize and love so much. It took me 50 minutes to find depth and figure out how to hit the ball so...

    Wilson Blade V9 2024

Btw, forgot to mention. The test racket was strung with Luxilon Adrenaline Century 20. As far as i know it’s the strings Rublev plays with. I am Alu Power 1.25 user but i truly enjoyed this Adrenaline string, even at higher tension that i am used to in cold weather (it was strung 24/23 kg while...

    Wilson Blade V9 2024

The feel is quite different as 101L is not really Blade, it’s Steam 100 in Blade PJ. Most of WTA players who play with Blade use either Steam 100 mold or Steam 99. Great great mold. Thank you for your nice words! Lets keep in touch and maybe one day we will play some tennis. I have always...

    Wilson Blade V9 2024

I am up for beer anytime you visit Munich or i visit the place you live in Yes, i am. I was Prestige MP user for couple of years. Loved it but did not have a chance against heavy hitters. I sold it and moved to Yonex Percept 100d which helped me to stand a chance against those young babolat...

    Wilson Blade V9 2024

From my perspective it’s not that far from PS97 v14 in terms of feel. You feel this unique willson “twack” when you slice or hit the sweetspot. But Blade 18x20 is a much easier racket to use - lighter, bigger sweetspot. I sold my PS97 v14 because it’s just too demanding for me (mine was 335 SW)...

    Wilson Blade V9 2024

This is exactly what i meant by “ease of use”. My 101L is very stiff and produces deep, heavy ball with very minimal effort from my side. It’s much easier to play with but i still cant forget the sensation of the blade 18x20 and can’t wait for another session tomorrow. I guess, this is one of...

    Wilson Blade V9 2024

i tried blade 18x20 v9 today and i fully agree with you. What i racket! I truly felt in love with it. As a gravity pro user and fan i wanted smth with a similar control and versatility but in a lighter package and i got it - the blade i played today with was 323g strung with OG. As an RF97A user...

    Wilson Blade V9 2024

Sold my PS 97 v14 one week ago… amazing stick but once i tried RF97A, it was over. I understood that PS 97 v14 is weaker in all categories compared to the RF. I did not want to keep multiple rackets in my bag without actually using them, so i sold it. I was trying to sell Gpro 2021 as well but i...

Funny thing. I have tried so many rackets but never Speed MP. Always avoided it. I just cant stand the cosmetic.

    Wilson Blade V9 2024

I played with Gravity Tour and hated it. It’s not even close to the Pro version. I also tried Blade 100 and did not like it. I currently play with Blade 101L v9 heavily modded and it’s a gorgeous set up. But when i pick my Gravity Pro, my hitting partners start to make much more mistakes as the...

    Wilson Blade V9 2024

Can someone compare Blade 98 v8 or v9 18x20 with Gravity Pro 2019/2021? I have tried lots of different rackets but i always come back to my Gpro 2021. It is a magical stick and the magic lies in its contradiction - it’s thin and soft but it simply destroys the ball, it’s 18x20 but i can create...

I am wondering why you chose 18x20 and not 16x19?

    Steam 100 vs similiar rackets

I disagree. i modded my 101L and it plays amazing! super stable, poweful. Leather grip, 7g of lead from 11 to 1, 5g of lead at 3:9, 10g of silicone, OG, dampener. weight: 331g balance: 33cm swingweight: 328kg the only thing i dont like is the balance. i am a pro staff user, so i prefer a...
