5g, 7g, ki5. Maybe you don't like them (cos you don't mention them) but if you relly consern about arm friendlyness at least give them a try cos you know they're the champs on this departament.

7g is a little stiffer than 5g and has more pop. If your pain is really serious go for 5g with nat gut or multi, you're not gonna fing better than this for TE.

I played with the Pro Braided Extreme Henman (the black and white one). You need to have good tecnique and generate your own power to play with this one. Sweetspot seems to be small but when you find it, the frame has pinpoint accuracy.
