Head rip control the best string ever

I like it too, it cured my arm pain but as you said its underpowered, shots that would end the point with other string get returned because it lacks power but still a good multi

Thanks! I have a very sensitive arm and in most rackets even a Gut/poly gives me arm trouble, after reading all the great things about BAP, I am seriously considering buying one, currently I have been playing with PK 5G with NRG2 and my other racket is Wilson Triad with Gut/poly?(Tier1GW)

Is natural gut playable after 7 years

It is a Gut/poly setup and I thought poly wasn't moving so put some lubricant on it, didn't feel much difference though

Is natural gut playable after 7 years

Thanks Zaskar1 , funny part is I have played doubles for two weekends in a row with it for a total of about 4 hours, feel is stiff and thats understandable because poly is dead and its not moving so I put some oil on it to make strings move, but interestingly Gut is holding up pretty well

Is natural gut playable after 7 years

I have a racket that was strung with Babolat VS and YPTP, after I pulled out my tennis bag after a gap of 6 years, most guts were broken but one racket survived, do you guys think if i just change the poly crosses, i can still use the same Gut strings in the mains?

Stop saying that gear doesn't matter

In this forum people always take a swipe at recreational players, which most of us here are including me ,that they always are looking for a holy grail, be it racket or new string combinations or shoes. Now Mevedev confirmed that his win probably was due to his new strings and shoes! So we were...

Never understood why is that a problem? There is useful info already in there and you add more to it and it helps everyone, should people be apologetic when they revive an old thread?
