I signed up for it for a month. There are some good exercises, but imo you can find plenty of free resources/routines on YouTube.

There is also Grapplesnake natural gut at $37/set, which I think they introduced some time last year. Looks like it's sold out currently though.

Yeah, you are in a lively area. Lots of good restaurants and bars. The hotel had an awesome restaurant in it but I think it closed. One of the best Ethiopian places (Zenebech) is nearby.
