Rank Younger Gens based on talent (not consistency talent and ignoring yips)

IMO Medvedev is the one who doesn't have any talents. He's got GRIT. He will win the most slams from the above list.

Drills to forget the following muscle memories..any help?

Not sure about top spin but it is something that coud help break bad habit and introduce proper contact point. I am not sure it will work but it was the major selling point of the device, not the top spin.

How Many Ways Can You Cause a Stretch Shorten Cycle?

Here is a study from Stanford on Elastic Energy and The Kangaroo. "...A kangaroo has extremely long tendons in its back legs that undergo drastic length changes when the kangaroo is hoping. Acting like springs, the tendons stretch under the weight of the kangaroo, and, while elongated, contain...

Basilashvili double faults MP up but it's called in. Fucsovics took a picture.

Agree that technology should be used as marks can be wrong. Do not agree with the above video as ball simply fall at 90 degree to the ground. In tennis ball usually falls at an angle and most likely with a spin (topspin or under-spin). My guess is balls approaching at the same angle with...

It is because you are sitting on it. When I am sitting on my racquet it is 83914 grams but without me sitting on it it is 284 grams

There is not a single thread related to kids without you commenting in it. Doesn't look like revers psychology worked or you are too attracted to kids related threads that you cannot control yourself or can you?

    I have this kid

I do not think reverse psychology will work for this kid, especially double reverse. Please do not try it. From the description that you gave it doesn't sound that boy is contrary or resentful. Telling a boy that he is never going to be good will completely destroy his confidence. Not every kid...

@socalmd123, no reason to keep conversation with someone who stuck 50 years in the past. Someone who's never seen 8 years old play. 8 year olds are not hitting balls at knee level they are hitting it in front shoulder height.

One more time watch her video from 1 minute mark to 1:45. than google pendulum. Not even close. I am not saying you are wrong I think you are confused with fancy words. I like Evert's video which has nothing to do with the way you are describing it. Edit: have you tried to twist your torso with...

Wise one, thank you for your reply. I know we will disagree on this but description that you are providing is in fact circular motion. Letting racquet drop to swing down in linear motion will most likely end up in hitting yourself in a leg. Here is an assignment for you, look at first 90 second...

My 8 year old plays 10 and under green dot league (tennis matches organized by local coaches). He was taught continental grip but on his own he developed semi-western grip. Care to explain the difference between pendular vs circular? Here is where I am confused with your statement. The back-and-forth motion of a swing is an example of a pendulum. Swinging motion of a pendulum is due to the force of gravity in a circular motion.
