So I've taken a micrometer to Lynx Tour and have pretty much concluded that their thickness is actually one up than advertised. For example, 1.25 is closer to 1.30, 1.30 is closer to 1.35, etc. This would explain why the strings are heavier to most when installed compared to another advertised...

If their forecasted production numbers allotted to those specific sizes sold out it would imply it met or beat their projected expectations for those sizes.

If they made a wide FF3 without a pointed toe I'd like them too. I liked the feel underfoot. Felt like you were getting a good amount of "free bounce". I've been looking for a shoe to replace the gp turbos and haven't found a good one yet. The new gel res weren't it either unfortunately.......

Anyone else's 97 vibrate a lot on off center shots? I have 1 gram at each 3, 9, and 12 and off center shots still vibrate A LOT. It's at 336 grams with the lead + overgrip. 335 is really my max comfortable weight for my shoulder to last longer hitting sessions/matches.

What are you all stringing your V9 18x20s with? I have mine with Tour Hex @ 46# and it feels either too soft of a string or strung too lose. Thinking Hyper-G may do better as a shaped poly in this frame. Thoughts?

If you like PTR but find it uncomfortable try Tour Hex. It's my go to string and plays well in my 100D.

Why not use ghostwire instead of PTP? PTP looses a lot of tension.

So does the 1.20 actually measure at 1.25? I've taken a micrometer to the 1.25 and it measured at 1.30. Same with the 1.30 measuring at 1.35. Can someone with the string confirm?
