When I hit my forehand I seem to drop my arm too low beneath the ball. Any tips on how I can keep a level swing from the slot? I’ve tried exaggerating, but it looks the same.
Not at all talking about the flipping motion. I was saying that it looks like Federer’s wrist has elasticity, but mine stays in one position like a WTA forehand.
Haha I’ve watched too many slow motion videos. I understand all this, but when I actually try to incorporate it into my stroke it doesn’t look like anything is changing. And if I try to exaggerate it, it just doesn’t feel natural.
