it just depends on team expectations on a below-level player playing up, also, general player availability. If i was the below-level player playing on a 5.0 team i would expect to play my role on the team as the below-level player and fill in when captain needs me.

was there a 2022 version of this?

holy smokes. hawaii only won 6 games in their match against north carolina. i dont think ive seen an overall team score that lopsided at nationals.

im expecting North Carolina to keep that hammer down. we'll see!

i did witness one of the worst. no. the worst line call ever. it was a female semi final round match (not disclosing the state or individual). Courts are tied and its coming down to a singles court. its in a third set at 9-6 or 9-7 i cant recall which one. i would say there were 40 people...

i did not. i was watching that match though. just noticed in tennis link that match is incorrect. it went 3 sets. 10-7 in third set for J from GA. high end 4.5 imo. very nice game he had.

welp. and just like that. at 10pm before the 8am matches the tournament committee has decided to play all round robin matches shortened sets to 4 win by 2 also No Ad. looks to be a wet one.

well this facility apparently has 63 outdoor courts and 6 indoor courts. Rain is unpredictable in the south. :rolleyes:
