    The New Head Graphene Extremes

Well I thought the head shape was your main point. I did see the that the playtesters said they found the string bed to be somewhat inconsistent, but that is in the new graphene version. If I am not mistaken, they did not say that about the 2.0. So the head shape wouldn't be what caused it.

    The New Head Graphene Extremes

Bigger may not always be better, but it is in this case. Obviously it isn't only about sweet spot. I was comparing to other racquets in the same class. The bigger sweet spot (as compared to other racquets of similar spec) does not cause any loss of control or a vague feeling. It is only a plus...

How to keep tension on last main strings

    I have a 16 X 19. I'm stringing a 2 piece, it is a hybrid. Head recommends 2 piece even if it is a full bed.

    The New Head Graphene Extremes

The head shape is one of its best features. Offers much bigger sweet spot than other racquets. Try it out and be amazed. (the ig 2.0 not graphene)

Graphene Rad Pro vs Rad MP

I liked the pro better than the mp but prefer the ig to the new graphene.

    Arm pains - advice please!

I had TE problems for a while. Some things I learned: never go over 53lbs with poly, stretch before you play, make sure you get enough of a warm up, and the most important thing...improve your form. TE is often the result of poor form, make sure that your body is flowing and that your stoke...

Head Extreme Pro 2.0 - what strings are you using?

Try Gamma IO. I have it strung at 52lbs and it plays great. Power, spin, excellent pocketing for increased control.

How to keep tension on last main strings

What is the best way to make sure that the last main strings remain tight after tying off? I find that it is difficult to pull all of the slack out, so I have started pulling the last mains a little tighter and then tying off. This seems to work, but I wonder how the professional stringers do...

    The New Head Graphene Extremes

I didn't find these new graphene extremes to be an improvement over the previous version. These felt stiffer and less solid on volleys. Mine were strung with head hawk at 54lbs.

    The New Head Graphene Extremes

Just picked up the Pro and MP demos from my local shop. If the weather cooperates, I'll update later on tonight with my thoughts. I currently play with the IG Extreme Pro 2.0 and love it.

steam 99s vs pro staff 95s

I recently demoed both. I found that I didn't like the feel of the pro staff. Probably because I am used to the more modern feel of a frame. The Steam 99s was a great racquet.

If you want something you can stick with for awhile, grab the deal tw has on the Head IG Radical MP or Oversize.

    Arm pain after switching racquets

Thanks for all of the replies. I just wanted to update you guys. I decided to string the racquet with a hybrid setup. The poly is strung at 46 and it seems to have made all the difference. Arm pain is completely gone. I actually like the way the poly plays at lower tensions much better too...

Head YOUTEK IG Extreme Pro 2.0 - WOW.

Torres, your comments are very interesting to me. I have found that, while I love the way I play with this racquet, my shoulder and arm always hurt for days after a long match. I had figured it was just my needing to improve my technique with a heavier frame, but now that I see that you have...

Thanks for the response. I think you are right about me using too much arm. I will have to schedule a lesson with my local pro and sure up my form.

Arm pain? Has anyone experienced arm pain after switching to this racquet? I used the use the lighter S version. After switching to the pro, I am loving the way I play but get terrible arm pain after I play... It is strung with multi in the mains at 55 and poly crosses at 52.

    Arm pain after switching racquets

I recently switched to the Head Extreme Pro 2.0 from the much lighter and more forgiving S version. I am loving the way I play with it, but I am having terrible pain from my elbow to my shoulder. I had it strung with full polly at 55/53 when I first got it. Now I switched to multi in the mains...
