You send me some shoes and I will do those colors.:) I am thinking about painting some Ballistecs 2.3. What colors would you all like to see on those? Oh, and here is a picture of my Breathe Free 2's that I am doing right now.

Depends on the color you use. I bought 1/2 oz containers and used half of the black on my black/blue shoes and used about 3/4ths of the red on the red/white ones. Some colors take more coats to make it look good and solid.

You are just like my brother...he likes bright colors and neons as well, but I'm not going to use neons on my shoes.

I've done the Vapor V's and the Breathe Cage 2's, but I chucked them awhile back. Are you looking to do yours?

^^^Thank bro...the markers work pretty good. However, the best stuff I have used up until now is JGoods leather paint. It says its leather paint but it can go on any part of the shoe and it won't come off when you play in them.

HAHA, because I am cool so the shoes look cool. LOL...just kidding dude. What colors do you guys want to see next? I was thinking crimson red, navy blue, light blue, gray, and white. I'm gonna do something a little different this next time.

Anybody got any ideas of someting cool I can do on the back part, like roger with the RF? I was thinking of doing my initials but I couldn't find a way to make CW look cool. Give me some ideas guys. Thanks

Thanks my man. I really like how both of these came out. I am gonna buy another pair soon and try something bright. I'm gonna do them with 3 or 4 different colors and shades.

I decided to change up the black ones a little bit. I thought black and blue would look really good, so I have some pics of my just finished Black/Blue 2K10's. Also, today I decided to paint my 2K10's that I practice in, and they are pretty beat up. I did this really quick with red and white, so...

Alright, here are some pictures of the black/white ones aka Feds Vapor V's that were never sold, but I still have a lot of stuff to do to these.

OK, I should be getting more paint in on the 4th, and I will try to make the black shoes look just like the Vapor V's above. So I will post pictures of the shoes this weekend.

For these shoes I used sharpie paint pens/markers. I also use Angelus leather paint, depends on what type of shoe I am doing. I just ordered some new paint that I am going to try out to make my red/white 2K10's. If you prep and paint the shoes and allow time for drying, everything should stay on...

I used one coat on the cage part and 3 coats on the other areas. Yeah, I did the front mesh part on the all black ones, and the part around the ankle.

It usually takes about a week. I could do it in a day, but I like to make sure everything dries well between coats. I will post a couple pics of the black ones later. Thanks for the comments.

Well, I had some complications with the extra fine point paint marker I was using, and now the shoes will be all black:(... I am going to buy another pair so I can do the red and white ones.

My first thread was deleted so I guess I need to watch what I say. I did these for a "friend", and used oil based paint markers.

Yes sir! I get the shoes tonight and should be getting the red paint pens tomorrow. Will post pics of what I come up with.

Took about 2 hours. I just used painters tape and taped off what I didnt want to spray. It was pretty simple, but I think it will be a little bit harder using a paint pen and doing it by hand, like I am going to do with the all white ones.

Yeah, nothing came off and I hit for an hour and a half on hard courts. I will wear them a couple more times to hit and then take some more pictures.

These shoes have the same feel on the court as the Vapor VI's, but are A LOT more comfortable. I really like these shoes, hopefully they will keep these around for years to come.

I am going to hit in these today for a couple hours, and will show you how they hold up. I think the only part that may come off is where I painted the sole on the front part.

It's called Colorbond. Just google it and you will find some places to buy it from. I got the "Seat Stylin" spray paint and "Trim Stylin" paint pen. I plan on using this stuff on the CAP grommets of my Head racquets as well. Works really well.

Thanks, when I get the white 2K10's I might try painting the front web pattern, the sole, and the fit frame. I think these would look sweet with a white and red colorway.
