Could the "I want it and I can get it" mindset be the only thing that he lacks and need to build prior to Shelton acquires his first slam title?

So I guess that brings up this very question: Are these the value of some one sitting in your box- get you into the top 10 tier, help you stay there and seize any opportunity to upset any one in front you so that you keep moving up and meantime keep yourself from being upset? I certain see that...

Could the "I want it and I can get it" mindset be the only thing that he lacks and need to build prior to Shelton acquires his first slam title?

Ability to endure long rallies seems to be a must for any player nowadays, Alcaraz is relatively small and Sinner is slim... Shelton should make himself a solid baseliner, is that it?

Could the "I want it and I can get it" mindset be the only thing that he lacks and need to build prior to Shelton acquires his first slam title?

Alright, concentration build, groundstroke discipline, and technicality. What about choice of shots at different moments? Does he have that instinct, or has he developed that intelligence yet?

Could the "I want it and I can get it" mindset be the only thing that he lacks and need to build prior to Shelton acquires his first slam title?

I agree if you meant his loopy forehand is not as aggressive and accurate, which needs improvement and I think he is able to make that happen; as far as approach the net, yes with his serve speed, but with 6'4" + ~200 body build, can he?

Could the "I want it and I can get it" mindset be the only thing that he lacks and need to build prior to Shelton acquires his first slam title?

He's only 22, his take-off timing is not as early as Alcaraz or Sinner and may not getting close just yet, but I would bet he can figure something out...

So Djokovic's injury was real, question is how severe?

I didn't think it was real when he was talking in the press conference after the quarterfinal; and I didn't think it is very serious- just age related fatigue/wanted so much and tried a bit harder and beyond what his body can endure...

Dozen-grand slam title winner likelihood in post-Big 4 era

Credits given both Sinner and Alcaraz, especially the latter, for having won multiple slams at such young ages, yet, even old folk like Novak can stop them in quarters or semis, eh?

Dozen-grand slam title winner likelihood in post-Big 4 era

What we have witnessed 20+ multi-slam individual winning record created by Djokovic, Nadal, and Federer, may not repeat itself, given the multiple talented youngsters in the current men’s circuit, the monotonousness in technical skills and in physicality competition, as well as the convergence...

How many grand slams do you say Kyrgios will be able to acquire, if

he improves his footwork, becomes aggressive in groundstroke, and drop out of his head that delusive image that he has had for himself?

Who else see a Semis lineup Tiafoe against Sinner?

So the real question is - Is it more of a Tiafoe/Rublev or rather Sinner/Alcaraz? My bet is 75/25 and 60/40, bar injury...

CYGS, yeah that'd be so elegant! And it's very hard not to think about it after his FO title. And that's actually what the OP was trying to research primarily. If he made it, he would put himself at an indisputable position superior to Laver/Federer, wouldn't he? But, the question is, would...
