They usually say 18. I'm 21 and I'm gonna try a MAN Scorch + Vaporize fat burn stack when I need to order more protein to help get rid of those last fat reserves.
The forums there are great for gaining information on transforming your body (Diets, supplements, exercises). The personal logs people put are awesome and really help to motivate/inspire you.
After lifting for over a year and a half my right arm is still stronger than my left. It used to bother me at first but with some advice and a little help I learned to keep my barbell curls/presses as even as possible.
You should stick to dumbell presses for a few months though. That's what I...
Mostly get my protein from 100 calorie protein shakes, egg whites, and lean meats. A 3 ounce portion of chicken breast is 120 calories with 24g of protein. Toss in a bunch of spices and non-fat sauces with veggies and I'm satisfied.
Eat like once every hour including protein shakes. I barely break 1000 calories a day but I'm hitting about 150g of protein a day. Lean meats, complex carbs, very low saturated fat is working well. I'm in my "cutting" phase right now.
Ahhhh... True Religion jeans. A friend of mine bought a pair for $280 and complains they are really tight on him- almost like women's jeans. They do look good though.
Which is exactly how I'm rollin'. I'm still dieting and doing even more cardio (because my stamina is going up  ). I also like those "kangaroo jumps" someone recommended in another thread. When I get to about 20 my legs and abs are BURNIN!
I've been doing the grocery shopping the past 6 weeks and I don't buy any food with more than 1g of Saturated fat per serving (for me anyway). The only thing that goes higher would be if I get beef or pork cuts (No ground beef though; waaaaaaay too fatty). I have heard high protein diets help...
Well I've never one arm shoulder pressed before, but I can only go up to 55 lbs in each hand doing seated dumbell raises. I do 60 for bent-over dumbell rows so yeah it's pretty close.
I would expect my rows will get far ahead of the dumbell raises eventually as I can't ever imagine dumbell...
I have a Yonex RDS 001. I'd just like some advice on what you guys think is a cheap and durable string from here. I've just this summer become a string breaker and well I hate having to get my racquet strung. Thanks.
ALL shoulder exercises!
Cycle them otherwise your body will adapt if you do the same three shoulder exercises all the time.
Then again, this will make you sore all the time and if you play tennis everyday (which I don't) it may hamper it.
