Any sponsorship changes for 2021 season?

Stan would of been a big seller of prestige’s if he hadn’t switched. Head has missed the boat very badly with the prestige.

Give yourself a good 1-2hours to complete your first racquet. It will really suck at first but be patient and use the forum to read up on any technical questions/details you may have. Some really great older videos on YT.

Head Graphene 360+ Extreme Tour - love it

I’ve hit with the 360+ Prestige Mid and the ET and to me the ET is an easier frame to use. Both lean more towards flatter hitting and have that clean response off contact. The Mid is a very good frame just wish it was 98 sq inches.

Head Graphene 360+ Extreme Tour - love it

Another 2-3 hits in this week. So far this is the best overall frame I’ve hit with in a good while. Very similar ease of use like the Speed MP’s. Just a very fun frame to hit with. ET vs Speed MP Comparison Power - Speed MP=ET Control - ET>Speed MP Spin- Speed MP>ET Flat Style - ET>Speed MP...

Head Graphene 360+ Extreme Tour - love it

My first week putting the extreme tour thru the paces. I’m a full time teaching pro here in the mid west and I had zero transition from my 360+Speed MP. Small drop in power compared to 360+SMP which I prefer. I generally play semi western but I found myself on FHs sliding my grip over to more of...

    Monofilament and Solid Core

The “solid core” that is advertised with nylon and synthetic gut string has me curious as to what composition differences it has to a poly “monofilament.” Solid core and monofilament sound similar. I bring this up as I’ve been experimenting as of late as I’ve been looking for a softer arm and...

Head Speed MP (360+ & Older Gens) Official Thread

I spent the summer playing with the PT2.0. I had been playing with 360+ Speed MP and had zero complaints with it. I actually remember saying to myself that this was the easiest racquet I ever played with! It’s funny because the PT2.0 was probably the toughest racquet for me to play with and my...

    Two type of second serve?

This is an important question! I teach the “Top Slice” serve first and foremost. It’s the best of both worlds. A bit more power than a Kick and more net clearance than the Slice. I also find once you can hit this Top Slice serve the other serves(Flat, Kick, Slice) are easier to learn. I use...

    Pro's Pro Strings!?

If looking for a controlled setup I’d go BO mains/ Synthetic Gut crosses. The PP syn gut is surprisingly stiff. As a reference I’ll play full bed BO at 48/46 and then go BO 48 and PP Syn Gut at 48 in my PT2.0.

    Diary of a Racketaholic

PT2.0 is more demanding due to already high static and SW. Smaller sweet spot also doesn’t do you any favors with the PT2.0. Rally balls are so fun with PT2.0 but once you’re in trouble good freaking luck!

Head Pro Tour 2.0 - Ask Us All Your Questions! (podcast now here!)

Let us know how your upped tension plays. I stay around 48/46 lbs full bed poly or 48/48 poly/syn gut. I’m really contemplating ordering some gut. This would be my first time playing gut but I have to believe the PT2.0 would be the perfect frame for gut/poly hybrid. Any suggestions which gut...

Just seems to me that these pro lab frames are classic graphite racquets with no bull marketing tech but a big price tag no? Seems like Head nailed the pricing with their classic graphite release of the Pro Tour 2.0 at $159. Just saying!

    Pro's Pro Strings!?

So you believe there are 2 main reasons advanced players aren’t using Kevlar and Synthetic Gut. 1 nobody is using it 2 there isn’t a need for durability at the advanced level anymore.
