Funny I switch between the UP16 and this racquet. I find the differences negligible, but the Artengo has a longer handle which is more comfortable on the backhand. Putting the two racquets on top of each other, the UP 16 has slightly tighter cross string spacing.

Been very interested because of the 16x20 pattern. Only other ones most recently have been the vcore 95 and pure aero vs and neither have quite been the "it" stick for my game. Looking forward to see the feedback that comes for it!

My nationals team ended up with almost everyone getting bumped. TR was wildly off estimating only 4 bumps we ended up with 9 including one guy who got dq'ed getting bumped a second time without playing more matches

Looking again at the teams who finished in the top 4 there were 2 teams (Southwest and MidAtlantic) who had someone get DQ'ed right after nationals. I suppose dynamic DQs don't occur during nationals? Why do it right afterwards and not just wait for year end ratings to come out instead?

With the big gap in ratings do you expect a larger pool of players getting bumped up/down? I believe it was mentioned that there were more dynamic DQs seen in the beginning of the season. Could be a weird and unpredictable year for people's year end rating?

Were you there? Southwest and movalley played each other Saturday (movalley won) and the rematch could've caused some lineup shuffling

Curious to know how the projections looked for the PNW team. Finished 3-1 and a close match to go 4-0 with a schedule against teams all predicted to finish with winning records.

I use confidential 1.20 with my pure aero vs. Luckily it's not too stiff for me and haven't had arm/elbow/joint soreness. It definitely does have a crisp feeling and would explore some softer string options at some point.

I use solinco confidential 1.20 at 50lbs. Still feels slightly stiffer than I'd like but no injuries have come from playing. Tried rpm rough in it once and wasn't bad just don't like any of the rpm strings in general

Update 2! About 6+ hours in - strings still intact no random breakage. Mains getting a little notched and fraying is still slight. I'm pretty inconsistent in my hitting area and the fraying definitely proves that. I'll stick with this until it snaps then string the mains lower I want a little...

A little over 2 hours of hitting spread across 2 hitting sessions. Strings show a bit of wear and fraying, so we'll see how long this lasts for. Liking the feel that the gut provides and don't feel like I'm losing out on spin coming from full poly. I can probably drop the tension of the gut next...

I did see the packaging state the "ideal" tension is 40-54lbs. I typically go full poly at 48, so with the expected jump in power with gut I thought to start high and go down from there. Will report back after a couple hits.

Digging up an old thread but I recently acquired some V4 17G. This will be my first experience with gut, but I was able to string it up in my IGPMP with Kirschbaum PLII crosses @53/48lbs. I don't have anything to compare to, but the string feels sticky/gritty (maybe due to the resin coating?)...
