the starting clamp is not kimony. they are new products from the same company that makes gamma and alpha machines. I got them from a recent trip to Hong Kong. The starting clamp is $50, the base clamp is $90.

I got both the gamma and babolat cover for my star 4, the gamma cover is really sturdy and well made. Gamma cover comes with 3 size, and mine is mid-size, and covers the star 4 quite generously.

Nothing tricky to remove the stock grip, the end was stapled to the butt cap. You can use a nose pliers to pull it out carefully if you want to reuse it. I have a staple gun, so I just re-staple it.

Irvin is correct! Pry bar works only if you can get it under the string without damaging it. The blunt needle works for all conditions. The only thing is that you have to pay attention to the needle orientation, the needle needs to point to the string coming direction.
