Head's line of replacement grips I think are the best with "Ultimate" being my favourite. Surprisingly not carried by TW tho.

Mainly green clay. Only one club has red clay (charges private club prices but not whites-only) and for sure white shoes would get soiled quickly. Even when I wore dark shoes, the red got everywhere.

Maybe the designers spent a lot of time in Toronto. Here, the majority of the clay courts are at whites-only clubs and to wear an all-white outfit but have red shoes or something doesn't quite match.
