    Trapdoor size always the same?

I've modded many frames and have tons of buttcaps lying around. From my experience, as long as it's the same model buttcap, the trap door is same regardless of grip size.

Wilson Pro Staff RF97 strange membrane peeled of

Who's bright idea was it to put paint on top of gloss paint? The reason for gloss is to keep stick from sticking. This issue went way back with the introduction of the ultra tour, gloss on gloss. Also it must not be Sherwin Williams paint. :)

Grommets for Dunlop Srixon CX 200 rackets

Does anyone know if the CX200 18x20 is the same head mold from a previous model like cx 2.0? I don't have a cx 2.0 to overlap and compare. Interchangeable grommets maybe? Still hanging...

A soft, arm-friendly poly with excellent control for touch and feel! ... My primary string has been Firewire in the mains for the past 5+years. For my cross string, I have tried every string TierOne offered, just about every popular polys on the market, and many others not-so popular brands...

    Yonex VCORE series 2018

Hoping for a new SV98+ if that's better Thanks for sharing. It's always fun to watch those guys review, and they seem to be one of the first to have a substance review of new frames. I don't understand a thing except for "Hi, Yonex, Wilson, Babolat, Head, Prince and Bye" but their body...

    Wilson H22 Users Club

Most H22 leaves very little room for head customization, since it more on the head heavy side. Add a bit of weight around the hoop will make it feel sluggish. It sure could use some lead at 3 and 9 tho, but you really don't want to get into RF97 specs. As much as I love the H22 and wish it...

    Wilson H22 Users Club

Nearly impossible to find. In the past 5 years, I've only seen it popped up twice, but they'll go in a heartbeat at $$$$$. I've tried going through my connected wholesaler and directly with Wilson, but no luck what-so-ever. I've come across some sellers in the past, but they'll only sell with...

    Wilson H22 Users Club

Congrats! I feel your excitement. My frames are at 27.25", 12.2oz and 5.5 HL. H22 will have more power, more forgiving, plusher response than 57A. At similar specs, 57A will have a crisper more solid response, more control and spin due to it being lowered power.

Anyone have a Burn 95 CV?

Wilson definitely ruined the Tour 95 series since the introduction of the Steam 96 trying to modernize it. Many touring pros used the Tour 95 mold several years back with Nishikori, the only one coming to mind, in present day. Plus the general public wants new frames, and the market is...

    Wilson H22 Users Club

@AMGF it's funny to see you have H22 and DR98+ in your sig and I have SV98+. What's going on with H22 owners and yonex frames? LOL. H22 hands down. SV98+ is just for guilty pleasures.

    Wilson H22 Users Club

@AMGF . Did you ended up sticking with the H22 over the Angells? I recalled you compared the two some time ago. I also got a few H22s at standard length but personally customized to 27.4" at 12.2oz and 5.5HL. It definitely packs a punch with excellent pop. It H22 has a stiff throat with all...

    Yonex VCORE SV

Generally, Yonex frames are tad muted/dead feel vs other makes, SV is more on the crisp side vs. DR and Duel G. Yonex does feel a bit stiffer than stated RA, but it's not uncomfortable. When you refer to too stiff frames that are comparable, I think of pure drives, pure aeros, super g 8, and...

    The Official Angell Users Club

Beside the new cosmetics of the V3, which looks awesome btw, could anyone tell me why it would be beneficial to get the V3 vs the classic model, when you have to add additional lead to the hoop to bring plow/stability back to preference? Sorry if I may have overlooked a similar question. It's...

Post Pictures of your Racquets and Tennis Gear

I usually stock up on grommets for all frames that I truly like, and now have a boat load of grommets from past frames. I've been fortunate to have grommets along with my H22 and have a limited few to hold me over for a few years or so until my next venture. If I didn't have access to H22...

Volkl Cyclone 1.25 works phenomenally in my H22 and Prince TT100P as well. I play mainly with the orange cyclone, and find it a tad softer than black.

Definitely try this frame out if you ever get the chance. You have to experience it yourself to understand how awesome it is. There's a reason why the livelihood of the majority of pro player are on H22 and H19.

Tampa April 27-28, 2018 - Anyone up for a hitting session?

Hi TT Community, I am looking to be in the area, near the airport, for a couple of days, and I may have some time for 2-3 hrs of tennis. Would anyone be interested just to hit, rally, or some games? I am open to hitting with anyone 3.0 - 5.0+ level. It's quite a range, but it'll be just for...

How much poly is really out there?

A sh*t load. 29/30 string jobs are polys. I happened to take a pic of my working area last night. I usually have a reel of multi and a reel of syn gut in the stock.
