Hey guys, I was just wondering if any of you in the CB 1.3's have experienced some problems with the shoes causing pain in the ball of the foot after a long period of time, or if it is just me. I've never had any problems in other Nike shoes.

I think they run a 1/3 or a 1/4 size bigger than Vapor 5's, BFII's, etc. I went to a 10.5 from an 11, but the 10.5's are just not quite as big as an 11 in the other shoes. I probably should have just stuck with the 11. Someone might say I am splitting hairs with the 1/4 size stuff but I have...

Nike only makes two high end tennis shoes, so if your niketown has the Vapor VI's and the Ballistec 1.3's then try both of those and see how they feel. If they still have the Breathe Cage II's or the Vapor 5's you could also try those, and probably get them on sale as well.

C.B 1.3's don't have flywire.

I have tried shoes that were a half size down (10) from what I "normally" would buy (10.5) and those that were one half size up (11). My toes definitely felt better in the larger shoes, and now I always buy size 11's. YMMV but that is my experience.
