    NXT or X1-Biophase

It's true, X1 company does make the NXT for Wilson, however.. X1 Biphase has a outer coating whereas NXT does not. Soo.. with out the coating, the NXT is probably softer.

Head tape for weight and protection

I only really scrape the 1oclock to 2 oclock edges on my back hand side so.. really I only need to place tape on the left side, of each side if that makes sense. but, the nice thing is. I don't have to use as much tape.. just half of it. and Again, for stringing purposes's it works great...

Head tape for weight and protection

Anyone ever do this? Use head tape, not only to protect your racquet head but surprisingly it adds quite a bit of weight. I use Gamma head tape, split it down the middle and tape each side of the beams separately thereby when I string, I don't have to take it off and it looks a lot better.

    Spin potential

Thanks, I will give that a try.. I was thinking the same thing.. My other thought was..well..nah. I'm going to go with that.... Though, it kind of goes against what seems to be a phisics issue.. seems like tightening the crosses more would keep the mains tighter, thereby the transfer of...

    Spin potential

I string both x's and Mains with poly, Mains 48 X;'s 52 I notice a lot of my shots missing the mark by about 5inches to a foot.. hitting long. I'd like to add more topsping, but thought perhaps, changing the tension on the crosses may help.. Any ideas? TIA
