    How does the heavy weight affect everyone's serves? Once it gets near 380+ I can't serve as well anymore. I prefer around 350-360 for my regular racquet. 360-385g for wood racquets.

    I've been using Cyclone (17g) instead of Cyclone Tour. Is there a reason you stock or use Cyclone vs Cyclone Tour? Which would you pick between regular Cyclone 17g and Cyclone Tour 16g? I don't care about comfort, just feel, spin, control and power.

    I totally disagree. Work on your weaknesses because your opponents are going to target them. Sure, we are all born with certain athletic attributes/strengths/weaknesses, but we can always push to improve.

    When doing squats, try to keep your knees from going forward past your toes too much if at all. You will never see a powerlifter squatting with their back totally perpendicular to the ground becuase that would mean their knees would have to go way forward = shear forces on knee = bad.     Yes, but I do not recommend doing a lot of plyometics unless you are not overweight and already have a decent strength base, because the maximum forces your knees and joints will face from doing plyos is quite high.

    I think you are underestimating pro players. They can play 3-5 set matches where they are running, bending, loading and unloading off their legs in a way that would tire many amateurs out in 10 minutes.
