Almost two months ago that they showed some activity in this topic, so I should not really expect an answer from that side. I'm using Tecnifibre rackets for a longer time and I really like the brand and their products, but I'm missing some serious interest and dedication by many Tecnifibre...

Before I started playing with the TF40 305 I received a test set of Ice Code (1.25 mm.) and I played with it a couple of times in my (ex) TFight 305 XTC. In that frame it played reasonably well with a more than everage amount of control, but although I did not really experience it as a harsh or...

TF40 with Cyclone (regular version) is absolutely a very nice playing combination (y) I have tried many poly strings in my TF40 305 frames (also Ice Code) but I've definitely made my choice for Cyclone 1.25 mm. black with a tension weight of 23/22 kg.

To answer your question: I'm playing with the TF40 305 from the moment that the first frames were deliverable in Europe and in the meanwhile I have tested several string settings. I have experienced that the TF40 is reasonably ''string sensitive'' and since the amount of feedback and feel coming...

Checked it today but can not really discover significant differences in head shape between these two frames. Something which is clearly noticeable is the difference in thickness and width of both frames. photo sharing photo sharing photo sharing photo sharing

Interesting discussions here going on about the TF40 305/315 and indirectly about the TFight 305 XTC.... I have played for a longer time with the TFight 305 XTC (and also 315 XTC) but made the switch to the TF40 305 directly when it was available here in Europe. I really enjoyed the...

Regarding to the power and topspin level of the TF40 305 I have experienced that a tension of max. 23/22 kg (50,7/48,5 lbs) gives me the best results so far and my shots with the TF40 305 are even more powerful and court penetrating than they were with my TFight 305 XTC. Due to the high level of...

He used to play with Tecnifibre Razor Code, but the last months I see him playing with a white string which must be Tecnifibre Ice Code I asume. However, some people from Tecnifibre told me that he is not using Ice code, but a special (white) version of Razor Code

I personally have not experienced the TFight 305 XTC as a string sensitive racket, something I certainly did with the Yonex Vcore Pro 97 previously... I have played with several poly strings in the 305 XTC but the only string that was giving me arm and shoulder problems was strange enough Ice...

Nice to read your opinion about both the TFight 305 XTC and the TF40 305 (y) I walked the same path as you with my choice of rackets and my opinion about the characteristics of TF40 305 is pretty similar to yours so my TFight 305 XTC's are for sale now... So far I have played around 12 hours...

I had a training session yesterday evening and that was a nice moment to test some of my favorite strings in my TF40 305's. Last week I playtested Tecnifibre Ice Code, but again I experienced upcoming shoulder problems after playing with it, so I had to look which other string should perform...

You can order it from your Tecnifibre dealer. I have a damaged bumper (tubings) on my TF40 and the dealer told me he can order it directly from Tecnifibre.

Thanks for your reply and absolutely interesting to read your insights and thoughts about the TF40 305 vs the TF40 315. To answer your question first: I have never tried the 2013 version of the TFight 315 LTD 18M so unfortunately I have no experiences with that frame. The reason for me to...

Today I could finally playtest my new TF40 305 frames during a two hour session on hardcourt. I had serious plans to play on clay, but due to some rainy conditions here this week I had to play indoor on Plexipave surface. Nevertheless it was more than good enough to get some detailled overall...

My ordered TF40 305's arrived yesterday and before they were strung I have measured them to see what the specs of both frames were. One frame had a static weight of 304 gram and a balance point of 32,5 cm and the other one had a static weight of 307 gram and a balance point of 32,3 cm. As...

Tomorrow I will receive two Tecnifibre TF40 305 gr. frames which I ordered at tenniswarehouse-europe. They were offering a nice discount during last weekend so I decided to order not one TF40, but two  Very curious how they will perform comparing to my TFight 305 XTC's and the TFight 315...

I'm also very curious to more detailled information about the TF40 specs and a ''Sneak Peek'' from TW about it should be more than nice ;) So far I have heard some very positive sounds from the Tecnifibre representative in my country about the first playtesting impressions with the TF40...

    TECNIFIBRE ICE CODE

I have played with Alu Power Ice Blue for several weeks and I liked the good playability of it. It was providing me lots of control and good feel, but unfortunately my shoulder showed some serious upcoming injury problems after several hard hitting sessions of 2 hours or more. In the past I...

    TECNIFIBRE ICE CODE

I can't tell you how it compares to the tension maintenance of Luxilon 4G (which is obviously one the strongest points of this string), but if I have to choose between both strings in terms of control, feel, touch, and not to forget arm/shoulder sensitivity I will definitely choose Ice Code.

    TECNIFIBRE ICE CODE

Please do not get wrong impressions by only just looking to some specs in the TWU database because in this case it could gives you a complete misleading interpretation about the playability of the Ice Code. I can assure that Michelle's review about the Ice Code is spot on i.m.o. so it's...

    TECNIFIBRE ICE CODE

Just back from my weekly saturday training session and I feel even more confident about the Ice code as I felt yesterday after my first hitting session with it. TECNIFIBRE ICE CODE

I have played with the Ice Code (1.25 mm.) in my customized TFight 300 XTC yesterday and I was really impressed by the performance and playability of this string. I normally use to play with Black Code 4S, which is my current favorite string after many trials with several shaped and round poly...

    Modifying Vcore Pro 97 310

I have tested a lot with my vcore pro (310 gr.) frames and I agree with you that it lacks some power and mass in certain situations if you're playing with it in stock form. With the right modifications you will be able to transform it to a really good playing frame, but you have to invest some...

    Yonex Poly Tour Strike

Have tried the Poly Tour Strike (1.25 mm. > grey version) a couple of weeks ago in both my vcore pro (310) and ezone 98, but it was by far not fulfilling the good expectations I had before I played with it. In comparison to my favorite string (Völkl Cyclone) it was giving me to much power and...

    Yonex Vcore Pro 97

That's exactly equal to my experiences so far ;) Personally I can't understand the people who are still playing with such a high tension weight on poly strings; it's totally not required with the modern poly strings on the market. Some persons are complaining about a certain lack of control...

    Yonex Vcore Pro 97

Depending to what type of string you're using I assume that a tension weight of max. 51 lbs will be more than enough for the vcore pro since it generates not much power by itself. I have played and tested a couple of poly strings in my modified 310 version and to me it gives the best playability...

    Yonex Vcore Pro 97

Received the vcore pro 330 dealer demo today and have just weighed it. Overall static weight (including hybride string - alu power soft/Tecnifibre X-One + original base grip with overgrip) = 349 gram I guess that this string combination has a weight around 17 gram, and the overgrip a weight of...
