    Dunlop/Srixon 95" official player's frame thread

So what is the exact timeline on these frames 18x20? And after the first Srixon what are the main differences between them? Photos would be good too, thanks.

Interresting, i am no longer with Concept, too stiff and i think my arm hurt a bit and not enough feel... i might try Cyclone Power again... i am using Cyber Blue from Topspin a lot now.

    Tecnifibre TF40 18x20 club

Ok, personally i think it swings way heavier than the other one now.. too much weight added in the head now. Do you have access to a swingweight machine?

    Tecnifibre TF40 18x20 club

You are struggling here, even just one gram at 12 will add slmost 4swingweight points so dont add anything on the head to match the rackets, infact the lighter one may have a higher swingweight than the heavier one..

    Poly strings, thinner the better?

Yes I kind of agree with that, but i must say that the actual string mathers way more than the gauge, for a junior i would absoloutly stay away from stiff poly. For example 4G 1,25 or Tourbite 1,15 is way stiffer than Cyber Flash 1,35, or any other thick "soft" poly

Largest sweet spot in control racquet

I must say TF40 315 has a really generous and nice sweetspot, still not my main racket, i don't like it when the sweetspot is too big...

    Poly strings, thinner the better?

This is wrong and don't know where to start... personally i don't break strings and i like thicker strings, more directional control, everything is nicer, half of Rafas FO titles he used 1,35(!) Gauge, the later years 1,30mm and that was not to prevent snapping, thicker strings are just more...

Rackets like Blade 98 but more head light?

You just bought a Percept..!? We say and you say a 330sw swings too heavy, yet you will add weight to increase swingweight...!? You do different things to what you say, and we say so just experiment and see for yourself... you don't really know what you are looking for yet.. and unless you have...

Rackets like Blade 98 but more head light?

Dunlop cx200. Lower swingweight is the way to go for you i think. Blade is a bit high

Rackets like Blade 98 but more head light?

Have ypu tried adding some weight to the handle? Try a coin under the overgrip towards the yoke,, it could work wonders, to me the blade swings a bit too heavy, i cut some of the bumperguard

Rackets like Blade 98 but more head light?

    TF 40 315

Rackets like Blade 98 but more head light?

Wrong. Heavy, head light and fairly low swingweight is best, in general

TE for 9 months, Chatgpt says play, but not a lot..

Thanks, good points, in the first few months i played too much as well as doing too much excercises, then only playing a bit less, now also some very light excercises, i did red flexbar, not theraband sorry i mixed up.. never used theraband, but i am better now the last 10 days, about tension...

TE for 9 months, Chatgpt says play, but not a lot..

Just making sure.... that said you are very certain yourself on the excact way to handle TE, even though the things you say are very general and vague.. problem is nobody really knows and there are many different stories and ways people have recovered from TE...

TE for 9 months, Chatgpt says play, but not a lot..

Now i actually think the TE has to just go Its corse, it does not really matter what you do as long as you dont reinjure it.. regardless of excercises or rest, or even some playing tennis. time is the solution

TE for 9 months, Chatgpt says play, but not a lot..

Theraband just made it worse for me, playing some is meant to be enough as it activates the "right" parts in the arm for healing. As i have recovered theraband and flexbar may be useful.. thats the theory

TE for 9 months, Chatgpt says play, but not a lot..

Is this something you guys have heard of? In the beginning i tried exercises and shock wave therapy but did not work, then if I don't play for 10 days arm is almost worse, so chat gpt advice me to keep playing, like 2 times a week, saying that is the best after such a long time, even if it hurts...
