Diablo Mid is the only ‘New’ Prince worth a dime& all O3 players will come realize it

Same here. I prefer the Prince grip shape and play with a bare handle with a Wilson Pro overgrip and a Tournagrip over that (along with plenty of lead).

Does anyone here have a chiropractor?

I was speaking about medical schools in the US. I'm also not interested in what "average" doctors make. If all you strive for is average, you're doomed to mediocrity.

Anyone know a lightweight control frame?

It had better be less than $50 shipped because that's what they're selling for online.

Does anyone here have a chiropractor?

Just remember that chiropractors weren't smart enough to get into medical school and medical school isn't that hard to get into. Something to think about.

Do mids really offer more support?

Basketball players wear what the shoe companies market. Why don't you read the studies for yourself? Proper taping and bracing makes a difference.
  15. W

Do mids really offer more support?

They're worthless. Studies have proven multiple times that even high top shoes offer no more ankle support than low cut shoes. If you have weak ankles, strengthen them and wear braces while you're playing until they're fully healed/strengthened.

Can you get fit for tennis without Gym?

It proves you're not a lazy POS. :p

Can you get fit for tennis without Gym?

Why would you want to avoid the gym? You won't find any real pros who don't work out in the gym. It's great to do body weight and band work when you're on the road and playing, but you'd better be doing some hardcore weight work when you've got time off.

Does anyone here have a chiropractor?

Most chiropractors are scam artists. Find a good one and only go to them a couple of times. Don't get suckered into going for more than a week. From what you describe, working out and stretching are probably your best bets.

Stretching Exercises on the Men's Professional Tennis Circuit

That's exactly correct. Doing simple, short, static stretches before a match isn't bad. Many players do it to help relax themselves as part of a routine. It's the long, slow, static stretching that you want to save for after the match/workout. Dynamic stretching enhances performance before...

    Sunscreen and Both UVA/UVB Protection

Exactly. Mexoryl is the best while avobenzone is only decent. Mexoryl has the greatest photostability so it protects much longer, thus requiring less frequent reapplication.

    Athletic Training

I don't think he was talking about a fitness trainer. That's basically a worthless certification. It's all about what the trainer knows and how much experience they have. I think he meant an ATC which is a 4-year degree. You'll usually need your DPT as well.

    Review of Polys...

    Great information.

    Testing a couple of polys...

Try learning how to read. "The tension holding is very bad." If it's not inconvenient for you to get your racquets strung after every practice, try the Energy. I liked the way that it hit for the first hour or two but it was garbage after that.

    Testing a couple of polys...

It plays very well for the first hour or so and then turns to crap. The tenion holding is very bad. I guess that if you're just an underpowered junior like wondertoy that you might get decent life out of the string. If you actually hit the ball like a man, stay away.

    Review of Polys...

IMHO: 1. Ace - good power, best spin, good tension holding, average comfort 2. ALU Rough - best power, good spin, average tension holding, low comfort 3. Poly Megaforce - good power, good spin, average tension holding, average comfort 4. SPPP - average control with low power but good...

    Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex Surgery

Did they check ulnar nerve entrapment at the wrist? It's very common to get it at the wrist and not the elbow. It's typically caused by scar tissue or a cyst. Releasing the scar tissue will alleviate the symptoms. CT or MRI?

Adidas ClimaCool Feather II - Impressions

And what I said is that with some of the other lightweight shoes that are made specifically for hardcourts, you might not need to wear your ankle braces. You admitted to not trying any of the other shoes mentioned. If you could find a pair where you didn't need your ankle braces, that would...

Adidas ClimaCool Feather II - Impressions

I've worn the Feathers. It sounds like English is escaping you. The SOLES will last much longer if you play 90% of the time on clay as opposed to playing only on hardcourts. Maybe you'll have better luck reading it a second time. lol
