The new retail GPP can be anywhere between 312 and 324 grams. Bad QC from Head. I have 2 GPP , both over 320 grams and i took them to 328 grams and 31.8 cm balance. With string, OG and dampener they have 353 g and 32.2 balance. Absolute beast this racket . Unmodified i didn't like them at all.

As i've seen the last years every single big line of Head comes with a new range of rackets every 2 years. If that will be the case with the Prestiges , the new line will come next year , first trimester probably .

I want to add lead under the capped grommet, that's for sure, but i only have the stock grommet so it must be "love at first sight", otherwise i'll have to wait for a new grommet from TW.

I haven't. I play with a Speed IG MP now and i won a new GPP, but , to be honest i heard that it's not good at all as it comes. More than that it is to light for me. I need to take it to about 325-330 before over-grip, string and dampener.

I used the Customization Tool and i have 2 possibilities . One of them is to add all the 10 grams on the throat, but considering the fact that 1 inch of lead tape is 0.25 grams that means i need 40 inches of lead tape there and i don't know if it won't come off like it happened to Dimitrov at...

I thought about adding about 6 grams at 10 o'clock and 4 grams on the handle. That won't change too much the specs.

I just got one of this retail frames and i would like to add some lead tape, to make it a bit heavier as i heard it doesn't feel like the old Prestiges. Any ideas are welcomed !

I've played a PSC 6.1 since i was 14 . It had 374 grams and 12 HL. Never really had arm problems .

I had this string as a hybrid with Tecnifibre TGV in crosses. For me it was complete rubbish, had phenomenal power but it lacked completely bite and control to the ball so i cut it out after 2 hours.

I placed my Graphene PP over my Wilson ProStaff 6.1 and they are almost identical.

Second one looks like a paint crack only. The first one looks like a real crack. You can try to raze the paint around the gromet to see if it is a structural damage.

In what way the MP is lighter than the PP ? You've tested them only 30 min and you were able to post a review ? What if the Rackets are string sensitive ? Metallic vibration due to the graphene. LOLLLL , do you know how much of that material is in the racket ? ? ? Hint : you can only find...

All the 98 sq. inch. Prestige rackets from Head are in fact 95,2 sq. inch. and not 98 as they actually claim.

Hitting with topspin will make you break the mains first because the move and snap back at almost every shot. I can't even remember when it was the last time i broke a cross string.

For me is the spin,bounce and even the control to the ball that suffers with balls that i play over 4 hours. Maybe just with Wilson A.O. balls i can go for 6 hours of play.

If you drop the tension the string will lose it's snap back movement so it will drop spin. You should use the same tension like for other co-polys. Whatever the tension you won't get the same feel like the PTP.

You should try the TGK 231.3 .

I can't believe there are people here who said PTS doesn't generate spin. This string , along with Solinco TB play in a league of their own in terms of spin for polys. It doesn't have the same feel you have with the PTP.

You should try the new ProStaff RF 97.

I play full bed 1.25 mm poly on a 18x20 100 inch frame. I usually change my string after 12-15 h. It rarely breaks within this 15 h.

I'm using PTS at 24/23 kg. It's a big difference between Spin and Pro. You should try maybe 21/20.
