Could be arthritis. After my labral repair, I developed arthritis in the humeral head and corresponding area of the glenoid.

Excuse my ignorance, but there is a GNC in my neighborhood. Is there one supplement I should ask for, or are you taking multiple supplements for the arthritis? I'ved tried glucosomine sulfate, but it didn't do anything for the pain.

I also have terrible arthritis in my playing shoulder. Which anti-inflammatory medications do you take, what dosage and do they upset your stomach.

How do you do that?

I have the Blu DC Plus stringing machine. I'm having trouble locking the blue swivel base. When I turn the lever to lock the base, it just springs back to its original position. I tried tightening or loosening the internal adjustment screw by taking off the black cap on the backside...

Thanks Mike, Yes this is a brand new machine. I followed your instuctions to the letter and although it's not perfect, the table definitely turns more freely. I also think through regular use, the movement of the turn table will improve because of normal wear on the brake calipers. Thanks...

RumJungle, How did you loosen the brake calipers?

Mike, When I pull the lever out, the brake does engage. Rumjungle, The brake disc may not be flat. Does that mean it can't be fixed? Can I have Mark send me another brake disc?

I have an Alpha Blu-DC Plus stringer. When I try to rotate the turntable 360 degrees, it gets stuck beween the two calipers. The arm for the brake is all the way in. How do I adjust the machine so that the turntable rotates more freely and does not get stuck between the calipers? :?:
