Last night was my third night on the court back to my regular activity level. I’ve noticed racquets I used to play regularly with feel heavier to me. I thought if anything they would feel lighter in relation to my increased body mass. Anyone else experiencing this?

I’m curious probably because I find a rectangular grip shape to feel right, did this grip shape originate in the time of wooden frames? All the wooden frame I have tried vary from Wilson to prince shapes though I realize my sample size is very low.
