Hi guys. When I go to the gym to do exercises like arm curls it seems that my right (playing) fore-arm hurts quite a bit. Also when I stretch out my arms fully extended that same area seems to ache quite a bit? Is this normal among right-handed tennis players? Does anybody else experience...
