You are focusing on the young French players that did manage to do st.

You are failing to recognize all the failed Federer clones that achieved nothing. They are nowhere hence you don't know about them.

Don't know what Simon is thinking. Despite Federer's success all coaches want players to model their games on Troicki - just a biggish serve, then stay consistent with a forehand and two-handed backhand from the baseline after that.

Yeah, you cant play like Fed without his talent, but you can try and play like Djoker and Rafa with effort and conditioning.
