They're very different racquets. The blade is heavier, has a higher swingweight, denser string pattern, much more flexible, less powerful. They're both good racquets, but the hornet is clearly a tweener while the blade is an advanced player's racquet. I wouldn't consider either of them very well suited to a serve and volleyer because they're not especially stable at the net.
