I have a eastern one hand backhand and its good but the problem is when I use my semi-western forehand, I have no time to switch from semi western FH to eastern 1HBH. Is it better to switch to 2HBH?
You have no time? Either your opponent is hitting extremely fast or your reaction is just a tad bit slow.
I also use a semi-western forehand witha 1 handed eastern backhand and I have no troubles at all. What you really need to work on is to watch the ball and react faster. The faster you react, the earlier you can prepare...and ultimately, the more time you have.

You have time. Either you are gripping the handle too tight or you are daydreaming too long and forget to turn the grip earlier. Grip changes take practice.
You can also learn to hit from the same side of the racquet face as TennisAlways does.

Watch your opponent. As soon as you see the ball is going to your backhand, hold your racquet at throat with your non-dom hand and rotate the racquet till you get to eastern BH grip.
This is done simultaneously with start of your takeback and first step to the ball.
I hit with a mild semi-western FH grip and an extreme eastern backhand so I rotate almost 360 degrees when changing grips. I play against a lot of pace and I have more than enough time to change grips.
I feel an easy grip change is one of the advantages of a 1 hander by using your non-dominant hand to change the grip. Practice your unit turn and work on your preperation.
When it comes time to change your grip, try putting your nondominant hand on the throat of the racquet and using that hand to help you flip the racquet.
For me it depends on if its a 1st or second serve. I start with the backhand grip on the one-hander when returning serve and have time to adjust to a slice forehand. I just don't really find enough time to switch all the way over to a semi-western and frankly can't get enough swing on the ball anyway on first serves to attack. On second serves, its forehand grip all the way with a switch to slice backhand if it comes opposite. Ehhh, oh well my return game isn't my strong point anyway. You can take my post as what not to do
just learn to hit a 1HBH, you'll be better off in the long run. Plus, to me, it's always seemed more "pure" of a stroke. I mean, you don't see many people with a 2H Forehand, so why do it on the backhand?
