Delpo is serving well and Nadal's court position when he returns the first serve is ridiculous, six freaking meters behind the baseline. Seriously, what he's going to do from that far?

Oh come on Nadal, the one time I am saying I will be your fan for life, because you look so cool in black, and you go get broken.

Nadal's still a heavy favourite here unless Delpo gets in 70% 1st serves or something.

I'll believe a player with a soft BH can beat Nadal in BO5 when it actually happens.

This is still warm-up period, people are getting ahead of themselves.

If its true that the net cords even out, Rafa can expect a few lucky net cords on break points later on.

I am not taking it too seriously, to be honest. Either player winning is fine with me. :)

It's times like when Rafa is a mile behind the baseline that make me wonder why players don't throw in underhand serves. Completely take them out of their comfort zone on the depth they return.

Nadal needs to move Delpo around on the court a lot; he'll wear out because of his height. Those huge legs suck up a lot of oxygen.

This is where is failing, he is trying to keep him pinned in the backhand...one problem, that is keep Del Potro's legs fresher.

Nadal is not going to beat Delpo returning from 20 ft behind the baseline

I'm rooting for Delpo but not gonna lose any sleep over it if Rafa wins. It makes a difference that Delpo already has a slam so it's not like this is last chance to grab one (a la Goran in 2001 Wimbledon).
