Next year's Wimbledon r2.. and Rosol wins in another 5, that would've been something..
This was an entertaining match, but today's overtook it.
I still watch the fifth set highlights like every other day.
Nope nothing will outclasses the balls Rosol had in this match.
I've watched the highlights a couple of times too, it was a great match. Just not every day.
I have to agree, the Nadal-Rosol match was far better than the Federer-Del Potro match today. Today's match was more of a serve-fest, like Tsonga-Raonic.
That highlight set basically is every point served by Rosol.
Nadal-Rosol match was terrible, because you knew if Rosol won it, he wouldn't win the next round. Whereas, if Nadal, it was assumed that Nadal would win the whole tournament. Certainly, the most shocking loss in grand slam history.
it was a funny game because it produced unmeasurable amounts of ******* cry
Or the Federer Club thread ? lol.
Yep, losses that Federer still has not had since 2004
Just preserving this.
I had a feeling this would happen. Can't say I'm disappointed.
I am glad Nadal is back. Two loses in one day. I couldn't ask for more
That Zebalos crying was sweet, reminded me of Del Potro
I am a fed fan, but this is just mean.
The thread that keeps on giving.
The only thing That gets me everytime is the thread title. Its in the little details That show NSK's overconfidence.
LULZ, keep it going fellas.
I was joking of course....
No it's not. This is absolutely hilarious.
Rosol is leading the poll and bigger tragedy Psycho started the thread ...hahahaha...
As the americans say.. "Greatest bump EVA"
there is no way 55% or so voted for Rosol in 5 before the match started... or even before the 5th set started.
I am looking forward to Nadal winning the brazil oopen
rafa is getting better more everyday, people should be patience to see his high performance matches...
This is not about Nadal - this is about terrible Nadal fans.
Single greatest poast in world history.
Nadal has a Gold Medal on Clay?
A meteoric career, ie crash and burn. Fun while it lasted.
There must be a Hall of Fame thread where poasts like this one and 'Cincy- the real slam' should be added and preserved for posterity. It will serve as a guide for future generations of TTW trolls.
Rejoice now when 130 is banned before he comes back in another username!
Lol I have no doubt that further accounts have already been procured
Here's a suggestion for wiser, longer-tenured poasters than myself, who have greater knowledge of TTW lore. How about a poll to ask the TTW community to nominate, from among 5 or so options, the GFTOAT (greatest fail thread of all time)?
The above poast and cincy would certainly be candidates, as noted by Sbengte. As would, I imagine, the poast about Rafa having an unbeaten streak of 42 to start 2013.
I would do it myself except I've only been lurking around the boards since mid-2011. If someone does get around to it, a shout-out for the idea would be nice. (Only if you feel like it though!)
**** dude - was just reading through Cincy thread and realized you made your debut post there - good job!
I would nominate among candidates Cesc's thread about Söderling not being able to defend his final run a RG in 2010...
and then there's also the legendary "its a digrace, its an scandal, its a outrage"...
... which provided one of the most popular meme of TTW.
Ha ! That is uncanny. I just mentioned this on the Cincy thread myself before reading this.
The poll on FAIL threads would be fun but I don't think the mods will let it survive

that's when this thread was first posted.
who the hell digs out dead threads?
To poke fun at them because they failed epically and have a good laugh while you're at it. What's wrong with that?
I needed a good laugh.
No matter what happens, this guy will say the same thing before every tournament. I am amazed that he didn't point out to Fed vs Rafa H2H (on clay mostly)
One of the greatest threads of all time?
Something tells me that the OP loves watching Nadal getting burned.
I think the identity of the person that started the thread and his usual trolly resoluteness and then the outcome of the match is why this thread is still popular. Self explanatory, I know, but still.
IDK bout all time but certainly the greatest thread in world history.
I just wanted post #1500.
Edit: damn missed it by a second!
