There is something wrong with the picture though. It isn't perfect.
Where is Rafa hiding his mic? Is he sitting on it?

Murray is a tennis god just for breaking up the streak that otherwise would have only been 3 players. Don't you agree @Mainad?
Of course. Murray never gets enough credit around here for being the ONLY player ever to break into this exclusive little club of Y/E champions. If it weren't for him, they would be celebrating 16 Y/E #1s not 15, Djokovic would be on top with 6 and that perfect even distribution would be broken.

Murray sacrificed his hip for this parity.

I think it was the WTF's win over Nole in the final that sealed the deal. Who thought that would happen? Murray had never even made the final.

And no matter how many Nadal, Djokovic, or Federer wind up with, even if someone winds up with 7 or heaven forbid 8, king Pete will still be the only one to do 6 in a row. Heck none of these mugs could manage more than 4 in a row. Nadal has 5 but is still looking to either have back to back years or stay #1 for a whole year.
"none of these mugs" lmao. pete didn't play against anyone close to as good as the 3 goats and he has 14 slams.

As it happens, that picture was taken 6 years ago at the 40th anniversary bash for the ATP rankings. All present had been ranked world #1 with a special award for those who finished Y/E #1.
Yea I could kinda tell it's an older pic. They all still looked relatively youthful in this image
