16g or 17g TopSpon Cberflash

I would think the 17g would be plenty durable-in reality I would consider it a 16L at a size of 1.25mm. It's plenty firm and I've always gotten many hours out of it before it goes dead-much more so than ALU.

I've used both, and I like the 17g a lot more than the 16g. It just feels better in all the racquets I've used it in.

In terms of durability, if you're playing poly until it goes dead, it doesn't matter what you pick. I would guess if you use strings until you absolutely can't stand them in anymore, you would only notice the difference in a bigger racquet, midplus and up. Even then the difference isn't that much. The 17g lasts plenty long, I would pick the 17g in a heartbeat, but then that's me.
