18g vs 19g crosses

I'm using 18g (1.18mm) Black Knight as mains and have been using RS Lyon for crosses. I'm running out of the Lyon and would like to get a reel of Tier One Ghostwire. Am I correct to think that using thinner gauge for crosses means higher launch angle, more feel & spin, but less control and possibly more harsh (wouldn't be an issue since I string in the mid 40s)?

For those who have experimented, how much control is lost when using thinner gauge? Is it noticeable? Any thoughts and comments are appreciated.

I think youll be ok
youll need to let us know if you notised major differences
im used to 17/18, and switchin to 18/18 is a major notisable difference for me
in your situation, your going to a ticker cross, so if anything, I think youll notice less of a negative change in feel, but rather "slightly", more control!!,
maybe,,,, a bit less pin (but I cant image much at those gauges!!??)
