18x19 pattern Club - Djokovic, Medvedev, Agassi and...

Sorry, I was a bit too optimistic on the time frame.

Just talked to them and they are waiting for video material to be finished to promote the new line.

They will start some teasers at social media soon.

They have everything ready on the website for the launch, I think in a week to two.

Its a smaller racquet company, with excellent racquets and quality control.

Anyway the racquet is absolutely excellent, so there is for sure something to get exited about.

Thin beam players frame with low RA - I can't tell anymore......
Thin beams, low RA, Pro Kennex Black Ace new series?

just to put an extra spin on the gossips for 18x19 frames. I know Yonex will be replacing vcore pro line and we will probably see a 100" 305g frame - string pattern unknown for the moment ;p

Yonex seems to be leaning more towards 16 mains in general but lets see.

Thanks for the update @Happi
Looking forward to the release!
I’m now thinking Solinco or Yonex.
Let us know as soon as you can…..anticipation continues…….

Is it a Solinco racquet?

Maybe a Solinco Blackout in 18x19?

Or possibly a new racquet from Tru Pro (previously Tier One Sports)?
I thought the white out would be 18x19 not 18x20. I was sad to see that honestly. What I hear in terms of feedback on the tfight 305 is they love the 18x19 it’s just they feel the SW is too beefy to carry on as their main racket.

Well, the 18x19 should be lower in SW than an 18x20... so I hope they keep it (Tecnifibre)... or try a 16x20.

The White Out... considering Roman helped with the design, would have been awesome in 18x19 (and would then ring very true to a Djokovic racquet - in that Roman was involved with that one), but the 18x20 seems to have great reviews (and plays like an open 18x20).

I am waiting for the whiteout to come to Poland. I hope it will perform like a speed pro but feel more like a 98” in hands. Speed pro is huge and thick. Felt a bit weird coming from angell tc95. Performance is great

Is the name Angell React?

YES

YES

Just checked out their website. It is the “React MP Pro 99”.

Just to ask an apparently silly but actually serious question—is there any reason why a manufacturer could’t make a 17 x 19 or 17 x 20 racquet? It would be slightly asymmetric, but there are already asymmetric racquets out there (like Prince O3 series). I can see no real problems stringing it with a two piece four knot arrangement. Does anyone make those?

18x19 95-98 inches = Djokomeds counter-punch, passive aggressive attacking
18x20 95-98 = StefAgutEvanHecka all court game and accurate attacking
16x20 98 = RazRuneFils Aggressive attacking, power tennis all court game

18x20 98-100 = ZevRubs all court game with power finishes

16x19 100 = Sinner Aggressive attacking, power tennis
16x19 100 = Nadal variety with passive aggression

Seems 95-100 will be where it stays focused with a bias in the 98-100 with 16x20-18x20 respectively.

Except for Cilic[s unique 93incher the rest look set for 98 av. but for me 18x20 100inch and 16x20 98s seems like destiny than 18x19

Young Carlos makes the most incredible touch shots in such a short time
even better than Federer ever has for the first 10 years of his pro career

Although he didnt win today, Im all for his exciting all attack game destroying the established baseline trolls
and would like to see more players playing this style of all round all out game just without the Shelton yelling

I weight-modified with more weight in the handle, so this balance will not be a problem. It will come down more to feel and precision/control.
I do regret selling my xtc 305’s some times. I am a Tfight 305 iso owner and I’ll be honest - I do like it. But I am struggling to find a consistent string set up and balance in the handle. I have 3 balanced between 31.5 and 32 strung. 340-348 grams. SW’s all match 332 to 334

I have one spare in very good condition (leather on the grip), if you're interested (either swap for something else, or sale).

Let me know.

What a match in Torino ;) 18x19 survives the 16x20 attempt to take over the hype
Well, I am not so sure the string pattern made the difference but it sure was an entertaining match.

I have tried my RS305 some more and really enjoy it but the lack of weight gives me back pain. Already tried some leading up but the stick loses its magic once you add too much to it. Maybe one day they will offer a 315 or 320/325 version, I'll revisit then for sure - the current 315 version has a 16/19 unfortunately

So many ppl complain about the SW on the tfight 305s.
I would suggest you add a leather grip. Problem solved.

I figured since you like the 315 weight or look for a 320 - adding a potential 7-10 grams in the handle wouldn’t be an issue for you :)
I usually play with the Babolat Pure Strike Tour (3rd gen) with 320g. Love everything about the racquet expect the lack of feel/touch. When I tried the RS305 the stick felt more connected - but it is just too light for me.Somehow my back always starts hurting when I play with anything below 315g

Will give it a try with 5g lead + leather grip
