2006-2008

In terms of achievements and how much they won, Federer had the clear edge, winning 7 slams to Nadal's 4, 2 WTF titles to Nadal's 0 spent 2 and a half years as the no.1 player, with Nadal only spending around half a year as world no.1. Nadal only had the edge in masters 8 to 6.

2011-2013

When Nole and Rafa squared off against each other, Djokovic had the overall edge, winning 10 of their 16 matches, 10 of their 14 finals and in the slam matches they were tied at 3-3.
In terms of achievements and how much they won, Djokovic is again ahead, winning 6 slams to Nadal's 4, being ranked no.1 longer than Nadal overall and winning 2 WTF titles to Nadal's 0. Also Djokovic won 11 masters to Nadal's 8.

In 2009 Fedal only played 2 matches against each other. Not enough matches to count that year as well.

As for 2014, well Nadal was bad untill the FO while Djokovic was winning left and right. Without Nishikori's injury, Nadal would have entered the FO with no big titles in his pocket. It was certainly not peak Djokodal that year.

Seriously, some people don't know how to focus on just the quality of the matches. Fedal easily brought more quality to the tablethan Djokodal.

Their Rome 2006 encounter was better than any match Nadal and Djokovic played in 2011.

What does that have to do with anything? Those periods represented the peaks of the Fedal and the Nadalovic rivalry. It has nothing to do with how Djokovic was in 2006-2008 and how Federer was in 2011-2013.
