Will Novak be the American slayer and beat Fish next round? Should be interesting. Like Blake, Fish has absolutely nothing to lose.

I do, too. But I definitely don't see Djoker winning it. Could be Fed or Murray...or Rafa.
I think Fed's the BIGGEST favorite that you can imagine. He might win the tournament without even dropping a set, in fact might not even go to a TB, given his draw and how well he is playing.

Murray's 2nd favorite. But he's some distance behind Fed, and is likely to be erased in the straight sets in the final like 2008. The 3rd favorite is obviously Nadal, but his journey will surely end in the SF against Murray.

Now...what kind of an interview will Novak give tonight? :)

hahahaha, his comment about better than sleeping with his girlfriend, LOL. I think maybe he just said that to get out of the interview quick?

But I think he meant it in a more PG-13 way, as in literally sleeping with her. He was being a softie.

who, pray tell, will be staying to watch this NEXT match tonght? I suppose we should, but I'm bucking the shoulds and heading out to the won'ts....

LOL! See ya manana, folks!:)

No chance Sod beats Fed on fast HC..
Don´t tell me how close the match in 2009 cause Fed was an UE machine at the USO back then.
Sods movement is too bad to beat Fed on HC.

umm, no, he wasn't ...he was playing pretty well actually ( in fact the first two sets were as good as any he has played considering the windy conditions ! ) .. which match were you watching ?

he had 64 winners to 26 UEs ... if that is ur definition of UE machine, then

That was sad to watch. It was like watching Blake watch his career end. He had to be thinking about that match against Agassi, which could have changed his career. He would have played Ginepri in the semis . . . Or the next year where he lost a fifth set match to Haas in the fourth round.
