2011-12 is what separates Djokovic from Federer

Well, Djokovic not being able to stop them when he should have contributed to that. Federer himself has done better vs those 2 than Djokovic in big matches.
I will admit here. Fed did handle wawrinka better than Djokovic in the slams. No doubt about that. As Fed had the game, slice and net play to upset Stan rhythm more.

As for Murray will true. However, I was very impressed with Murray 2012 us open and Wimbledon 2013 runs. He played great especially under Lendl with better mentality. I will level with you though that yes in slams, Fed was much more efficient and reliable at winning everywhere against these players. I will give you that.

Its a shame we never got to see Murray v Federer at us open 2012 to see what would have happened to be fair.

Prime Federer would barely lose sets against any version of Murray or Wawrinka at the Slams. They're not going to dictate rallies against Federer on any surface; Murray's passive game and Wawrinka's movement will both be taken advantage of by the Maestro. What Federer did mess up on was having Slam finals where he went 1/17 and 1/13 BPs converted along with not being able to close out tight situations.

I really don't undertand Djokovic's losses to Murray of all people in two slam finals. I can excuse the losses to Stan since he really was bringing it at AO/FO/USO but the losses to Andy still boggle me to this day.

But ultimately, when Djokovic was at his absolutely best at RG2011 going for a record, he lost to Federer past his peak in conditions that really suited his game.

This is really absurd view.
Fed won FO2011 and W2012 fair and square, didn't even be stretched to 5th, at twilight of his peak.
I like both of them (see my id). Fed had the highest peak, while Nole has the longest prime.
