In every match topic delpo has played this week, people have been calling him a pusher and he plays 1 match where he doesnt and people quickly go back to murray. Sigh.

I want murray to beat federer and win the final.

That's because Murray is a full blown pusher, nobody can't outpush him except Nadal (who is out that's why no-one cares about him atm).

Both Murray and Nadal also have the look of "I deserve this match because I put so much effort into it!"

Except that no-one wants to see a player win because of him running down every ball down.

Hence why I hate Nadal on clay, especially what happened at RG this year. His goal was to defend like hell, make every ball into play, rely on Novaks errors and just frustrate Novak & the audiences to death with his flukey mishits landing on the line. That is his game in a nutshell imo.

Muzza just defends like it's natural to him where others like Fed or Novak at least look like their trying i.e. screech in pain, splits, stretching.

Not just pusher. Choker for MPs for three matches within 3 tournaments.

He's got an Olympic Gold singles medal to make up for not winning Tokyo or Shanghai or Paris.

He's definitely a pusher though - anybody could do what Murray does; he has neither weapons nor talent.

And don't get me started on his teeth.

So wut?

Doesn't give him the reason to choke 5 MPs in Shanghai.

Nah Murraý has weapons... like his first serve... He's talented.. at pushing..

You just feel delpo needs to see this out in 2 or novak is gonna come back at him hard, that last return he just stood there and knew the point was over, first set he would be trying to read it even IF it was a lost cause.

He's won shanghai twice. Not winnign Shanghai is an irrelevance, as is not winning Tokyo, as is not winning Paris. Only haterz really care.

It's all about the big baubles mate.

Murray's face when about to receive a serve, as well as him rocking from side to side is the WORST.

Agreed. He probably needed to hold after breaking - that was his chance.

Okay man.

I have 5 MPs to defend all my points for Shanghai but I figured I should not seal the deal.... extend the match and let my opponent win...

Thus, this will help me win WTF even though I spent more energy extending the match....

rocking from side to side you say? The evil b@stard.

You sound angry too mate - you should write to the ATP or the Internet Butthurt Police or something. It is unacceptable that you should be forced to watch someone rock from side to side.

PS you don't sound the least bit mental - no, really.

You make it sound like he did it purposely.

He's not a pusher, but his defensive style is annoying imo. Just like Nadal and Djokovic he thrives on the string technology and court changes. That's a shame. Murray is very talented, but I wish he was forced (or willing) to use that first serve, and that touch, and that slice, to S&V, chip and charge, come in off a slice bh, etc. etc. He hardly does that, and the fact that Djokovic attacked the net 3 times as many or more than Murray in their match, pulled me a little bit back into disliking Andy's game. Even though he's thoroughly gifted with an insane touch, more than Djokovic or nadal imo.

Who said he meant it or that he let anyone win?

I said they it didn't matter - and it doesn't. He could have missed 50 match points in shanghai and he's still be OG and USO champion and be playing Roger in a semi tonight for a place in the WTF final - and I'd still be p1ssing myself laughing at daftys like you thinking that you are cooler than a penguin's arse by labelling a slam champion as a pusher. :)

But whatever floats your boat mate - there's plenty others get off on here by abusing players - no reason why you should be any different.

Then you have problem - not Murray.

A choker for the Djoker. Can see the third being a blowout.

At least Del Potro made it interesting for a set and a half. In a way I want Djokovic to win so that Murray doesn't push his way through both Federer and Del Potro to get the title.
