World number two and the most consistent player the whole year. That's not hard to support.that's…. Hard to support, to say the least, no matter what they say… Barely anything points to Djokovic as the best player of 2013...

He didn't lose Wimbledon's first round. How come the number 2 in the world can be the best player of the year ?
Yesokay… But best? :?
Really? In 2009, he reached world no. 6 and in 2010, he reached world no. 7. That statement is grossly exaggerated. And consistency doesn't equal number of wins. Consistency, I assume, is a combination of W/L ratio, titles won, and little variance in tournament performance.Roddick was the most consistent player (had the most wins) in 2009 or 2010 if I recall correctly… He wasn't called the best player as a result…
The 2013 ATP World Tour No.1 was crowned on Nov.9, 2013.
