I fell in love with a 2014 Head Prestige Pro. It's a great combo with Yonex Polytour Pro at 50 pounds.

Anyway, the racket as two areas with significant bumper wear. I'm wondering if there is any chance of finding a replacement bumper? I don't care about color. The original red is fine but so is black. Also, would a bumper from a later or earlier Prestige work? Seems like I'm seeing the Prestige XT bumpers at a number of places. I tried Bell Racquet Sports with no luck. If anyone can share a potential source I'd be very appreciative.

Cheers.

I hope you have already swapped this type of grommet.
Removing the old ones can be tricky if you haven't done it before.
The eyelets where the knots are located are particularly tricky.
I carefully cut off the widened eyelet on the frame with a sharp knife without damaging the paint. That way you can remove them quite easily.
During installation, I use a little coconut oil on the delicate grommet eyelets and a very slim awl. You can't use force - careful and precise work is the key to success.
Good luck with the repair.

I just use my awl to guide the grommet barrel in the hole and have no issues.
