Thats for sure. Conspiracy thinkers sort of, that make up drama worse than the tabloids. Cowards as well, saying a lot of crap on the internet. They would get white in their face if they had to say these things directly to Federer or Rafa or whoever player. Its some of the planets greatest sportsmen, best ever in tennis. Its truly idiocracy

Never mind that Pete and Connors both have 5 USO's and that Lendl and Mac have three USO's. All of these guys are greater HC players than Djokovic. Hilarious that Nole with 2 USO's is suddenly vaulted above Pete and Jimbo in HC prowess.

That's funny because you say the same things about Novak when you've apparently "met him" at Wimbledon and found him as a "nice guy", yet you throw vulgar insults at him on this forum repeatedly in every thread. Don't you call him a coward, creepy, weird, unlikeable, boring, butthurt etc? Let's see if you would say that to Novak face to face so before you start to generalize us, analyse your own comments about the player you hate. ​

You have a good memory! Impressive how you can remember details about members in here.
Yes, I stand for all I said. I have no problem with that. I never used butthurt though... My connection to tennis I will not say here. But to go and say to Novak in a restaurant, of course I wouldn't be rude and say bad things to him. But I would tell him if I had him alone that its not fair that he is not getting any consecvences for his language one court just because they don't understand it. Its things that is there, it happened! Its a whole lot of different than accusing players for tanking.

Then Federer was afraid he would win and tanked his next two service games and Nishi went up 4-3

Federer became delusional and thought Nishi would take him to a tiebreak but Nishi came out full force and tanked so Federer won the set 7-5
Nishi ran with his tanking momentum and Federer went up 4-1 in the second set.
Federer got really pissed and started blowing his nose and activated GOAT TANKING and lost the set 6-4
Federer continued to tank but Nishi was just able to out tank him so he didn't take the bp opportunities and instead tanked to give Federer the 4-1 lead.
Federer tanked again and gave the break back at 4-4 but he thought Nishi would at least take him to 5-5 and Nishi pulled the trigger and TANKED. Gifted Federer the final set 6-4.

It was tantalizing.

So to you it's okay to say things to Novak face to face but not to Federer or Nadal? Like they are on some pedestal that need to be respected but Novak doesn't?

Of course not! I never said that. It was an example since you were the one mentioned me and Novak in the same sentence so it felt logic to tell in that way. Thought that was obvious.

Connors only has 3 slam titles on hard (the other 3 were on clay and grass). Sampras has the same # of slam titles on hard as Djoko but worse stats everywhere else.

Hard court titles:
Connors:
Overall: 49
Tier 1: 9 (6 masters, 3 slams)

Lendl:
Overall: 31
Tier 1: 15 (10 masters, 5 slams)

Agassi:
Overall: 46
Tier 1: 20 (14 masters, 6 slams)

Sampras:
Overall: 36
Tier 1: 17 (8 masters, 2 WTF, 7 slams)

I would put all of Sampras, Agassi and Lendl above Connors. A lot of Connors' overall titles were in mickey mouse events. But now for the 2 best:

Federer:
Overall: 60 (and counting)
Tier 1: 33 ( 18 masters, 6 WTF, 9 slams)

Djokovic:
Overall: 44 (and counting)
Tier 1: 30 ( 19 masters, 4 WTF, 7 slams)

(Fedovic also have the 2 best winning % on hard court)

Federer-Del Potro was the last match of the group. It was so tight because the situation was changing every 5 minutes. Federer needed 1 set to go through, seemed no biggie against Del Po. But then Del Po started strongly, he won the first set 6-2 and led 5-3 in the 2nd set tie-break, one mistake from Fed and he's out of the tournament, basically. He somehow won 4 points in a row and secured his spot in the SF. However, we still didn't know who would also advance to the SF stage - Del Po or Murray. It looked like Federer was taking control of the match until out of nowhere he got broken at 3-4 in the 2nd set, Del Potro held and won the set 6-3. If Del Potro conceded one more single game, he'd probably be out of the tournament.

So it seemed that Federer trolled Murray out of the tournament. It looked like he lost 3 games in a row from 3-3 on purpose to advance alongside Del Potro. It was either a super coincidence or Fed was a genius troll.

Ah yes, that was absolutely hilarious. But you also forgot the smoking gun: Fed yelling to the effect of "I'm through!" when he won juuuuust enough games to qualify for the semis. And when people asked what Fed meant by that and if it had anything to do with the number of games to win to get to the finals, Fed was like "I didn't do the math" *wink* *wink* *nudge* *nudge*

Overall, it was pretty funny and I think everyone on the forum had a hearty laugh when Fed trolled Murray
