So here's a question about a concern not related to tennis. One window frame in the apartment is all cracked and stuff halfway starting at the bottom of one side and then spiraling up towards the vent. How worried should one be? Will it stay put or will the entire window fall out one lovely day?

Since his movement, forehand, etc have all been declining over the last how many ever years, and he has to rely a bit more on his serve than before. Gets him out of trouble a lot.

Yeah, but by no means on par with Isner or Karlovic in terms of relying on his serve.

Serving well isn't a bad thing that should be frowned upon, lol. You need to serve well to win.

Absolutely. Djokovic and Nadal serves well when they win as well. You need good serves to be no.1.

Jack's offensive tennis is damn good but Federer's defense, and the rest of his game, are just too much for him it seems.

Federer can break here and finish this match early and get ready for Berdych. Such a contrasting match to yesterday's. It looks easy.

I personally have no problem with Federer being a servebot.

That would mean he won't get broken a lot. What's not to like?

Did you guys see that stat? Federer is averaging like 300-400 more RPMs than Nadal on his forehand, and even more than Sock as well. Equal pace to both of them as well. It was just based on the last match, I think, but still a good stat. Crazy racquet head speed from this guy at this age.

Wow. That's impressive. I wonder how it is today, though. Players seem to have adapted to the balls more than yesterday, so their spin rate may have changed a bit.

Another easy hold for Fed. Will he bagel Sock?

I don't mind fed's serve being good at all. It would be a problem if his baseline game deteriorated and he had to rely on his serve to stay in the match. I want his baseline game to be on par with Nadal's and Djokovic's.

What are you on about? I've seen them show that stat multiple times and Nadal is 1st followed closely by Sock and then Federer.

I was expecting the new, improved Jack Sock. I see that Sock is still built like a linebacker. Fat Jack.

The one they just showed like 10 minutes ago? Federer was at around 3300 RPM and Nadal was at 2900, unless I totally misread that.
